A straightforward event to plan

Organizing a company activity involves finding something that caters to various personalities, experience levels, and interests. It also requires arranging the practical details without turning the activity itself into another project.

StoryForgers handles the game. We provide a professional Game Master, prepare the adventure, explain the rules, and supply the characters and materials needed for the session. You provide the group and a suitable venue to play.

Let us know your preferred date, location, number of participants, and the type of occasion you are planning. We will assist you in finding a practical setup, allowing you to enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time managing it.

We handle all the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. Complete beginners are welcome, and participants do not need to act, perform, or have any prior knowledge of tabletop games before the event.

The session can use one of our existing adventures, include minor adjustments for your occasion, or be developed around a custom idea. We will discuss the format, additional preparation, and any related costs with you in advance.

Don't just take our word for it.
Here’s what our clients have to say:

Dayron is incredible! From our very first session, he has helped a group of inexperienced beginners discover a passion for this form of storytelling. His talent for embodying different characters truly immerses us in the narrative. His understanding of the game mechanics is outstanding and has guided us all in learning the game. Overall, he is a wonderful person and feels like part of the family. I would recommend anyone interested in D&D or looking to give it a try: Dayron is the one you want!

Paulo

An incredible session! Everything was just right. Béranger adapted exceptionally well to our beginner level. He provided information whenever needed without steering our story too much. He was very friendly and supportive. Everyone participated fully and left with a fantastic memory of the experience.

It was our first session, but we're all already considering doing another one!

Laura

We thoroughly enjoyed playing D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie provided us with ample information and responded to our questions promptly. The game itself was exceptionally well organized, allowing everyone the freedom to explore, experiment, ask questions, and engage in play. There was a significant difference in experience among our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone had their moment, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Sandra

An activity for everyone to participate in

A successful company event shouldn't rely on physical fitness, specialized knowledge, or being at ease performing in front of colleagues. In a tabletop RPG, everyone gathers around the same table and can contribute in their own unique way.

Some players enjoy speaking as their characters, while others prefer solving puzzles, strategizing, noticing clues, or simply describing their actions. Both styles are equally effective. The Game Master outlines what’s important and ensures everyone stays engaged without putting anyone under unnecessary pressure.

This makes the activity ideal for diverse groups that include enthusiastic gamers, complete newcomers, quieter participants, and those who never thought they would enjoy a fantasy adventure.

Tailor it to the event

A tabletop adventure can serve as the highlight of a company outing, an evening program at an offsite, a departmental celebration, a holiday event, or a creative component of a conference or company day.

You can choose from our existing D&D one-shot adventures, request a specific atmosphere, or ask us to weave in details related to your organization or occasion. This could be a fantasy heist for a financial team, an expedition focused on innovation, or a narrative celebrating a significant company milestone.

Customization can vary from a few familiar references to a completely original scenario. The game should still feel like an adventure rather than a corporate presentation, so we ensure that any business elements blend seamlessly into the story.

A single table or a complete company event

A tabletop RPG is typically most enjoyable with four to six players per Game Master, although a single table can accommodate up to eight participants. This ensures everyone has ample opportunities to make choices and contribute to the adventure.

For larger corporate events, we can provide multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Groups can engage in separate adventures or participate in sessions linked by a common theme or objective.

We can host games at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Let us know your expected group size and location, and we will assist in determining a suitable format. If collaboration and team dynamics are the main focus of the event, consider our D&D team-building experience.
