Team building that feels like fun

Many team-building activities require individuals to perform, compete, or engage in exercises that can be uncomfortable. A tabletop RPG operates differently. Your team is presented with a shared scenario, a common goal, and the freedom to choose how to tackle it.

Some individuals naturally take charge. Others observe, strategize, negotiate, ask questions, or devise an unexpectedly clever solution. There is space for various personalities without putting anyone in an awkward position.

The outcome is an experience that feels like a genuine game rather than just another workplace exercise. Your colleagues communicate and collaborate because they are eager to see what unfolds next.

Don't just take our word for it.
Here’s what our clients have to say:

Dayron is incredible! From our very first session, he has helped a group of inexperienced beginners discover a passion for this form of storytelling. His talent for embodying different characters truly immerses us in the narrative. His understanding of the game mechanics is outstanding and has guided us all in learning the game. Overall, he is a wonderful person and feels like part of the family. I would recommend anyone interested in D&D or looking to give it a try: Dayron is the one you want!

Paulo

An incredible session! Everything was just right. Béranger adapted exceptionally well to our beginner level. He provided information whenever needed without steering our story too much. He was very friendly and supportive. Everyone participated fully and left with a fantastic memory of the experience.

It was our first session, but we're all already considering doing another one!

Laura

We thoroughly enjoyed playing D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie provided us with ample information and responded to our questions promptly. The game itself was exceptionally well organized, allowing everyone the freedom to explore, experiment, ask questions, and engage in play. There was a significant difference in experience among our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone had their moment, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Sandra

A collective challenge that accommodates every personality

Tabletop roleplaying allows each participant to embody their own character, complete with unique abilities, information, and perspectives. The group progresses by sharing ideas and collaboratively deciding on their next steps.

This doesn't mean everyone must engage in the same manner. A quieter colleague might spot a crucial clue. A strategic thinker can devise a plan. A creative teammate may uncover an option that others overlooked. Someone who typically takes charge might find that another player has the perfect solution.

The Game Master facilitates the narrative and ensures that every player has the chance to contribute. This fosters a balanced experience where the most vocal participant does not automatically dominate the entire session.

Put your own spin on the adventure

Every team is unique, and sometimes the occasion calls for something more tailored. If you have a theme, company milestone, inside joke, setting, or story idea in mind, we can adapt the session or create a custom adventure around it.

A team at a bank could participate in a high-stakes fantasy heist, while an arts organization might engage in a story about struggling creators working together to reach the top. We can also incorporate recognizable company references, departments, products, values, or details related to the occasion, as long as they fit seamlessly into the narrative.

Customization can range from minor adjustments to the theme or adding a few personal touches, to creating an entirely original scenario. More elaborate custom sessions require additional preparation, so we discuss the possibilities, timing, and pricing with you in advance. You can also explore our D&D one-shot adventures to get a sense of the settings and stories we offer.

A single table or a larger team event

A tabletop RPG is most effective with around four to six players per Game Master. This ensures everyone receives adequate attention and has ample chances to participate.

For larger groups and corporate events, we can coordinate multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Each group can embark on its own adventure, or the tables can be linked through a common theme or objective.

Sessions can be held at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Share your estimated group size and location with us, and we will assist in determining a suitable format.
